About TrailTrack4x4

People who join this forum tend to share one common thing, a love for the outdoors.  Many members are past members of other forums and or clubs but have found limitations.  We want this to be a forum not just for 4wding but for a variety of people with interests that we may all want to share.

Forum members often get together for day or night drives, camping trips or touring holidays, bike rides, etc.

Dan is famous for his 4wd snow trips to Mt Pinnibar amongst other places and if you have never been to the snow or are sick of paying massive amounts of cash to play in the snow at a resort you should try one of these trips!  In the planning stages at the moment are various trips locally as well as a trip to Tassie in April, 2010. In 2008 a few members did a trip to Tasmania with a fair bit of four wheel driving on the West Coast. Read all about these past trips, register your ideas or interest for upcoming trips, etc. within the forum.  Bigger trips like those mentioned need a fair bit of advance warning for others to make the time available but there are great day / overnight / weekend trips that we do also.  Many trips include a combination of 4wd, bike riding, fishing hunting and boating which is why we want our forum to be open to anyone with any of these interests.

If you want to learn skills that are going to help you with your outdoor activities then have a look at what we have listed as upcoming courses within the forum.  Photography, GPS and map reading, Welding, Chainsaw Use and Driver Training are some of the courses that have been run in the past, if a group of people are interested the wheels can be put in motion and a course organised.  Some courses are run by TAFE and you receive certificates which you can add to your resume.
